We are thrilled to invite you to Nassau, Bahamas for USLI’s 2025 Producer Appreciation Event, a celebration of your incredible contributions and continued partnership. This unforgettable experience will take place at the stunning SLS Baha Mar from Monday, November 10 through Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
This event is our way of recognizing your excellence—and we can’t wait to treat you to a few days of connection, relaxation, and celebration in paradise. This year, we're celebrating being Anchored in Excellence—and that starts with you. From white-sand beaches and world-class amenities to thoughtfully curated experiences and beachside gatherings, every detail has been crafted to reflect the exceptional standards you’ve helped set.
We’ve planned a trip that’s as meaningful as it is memorable—filled with moments to enjoy alongside the USLI team and your fellow top producers. It’s our way of honoring the incredible work you do and the strong foundation we’ve built together.
Need to Know:
Cost: This event is fully hosted by USLI, with all meals, activities, and on-island transportation covered. Your only responsibility is airfare.
Arrival: Please plan to arrive at the SLS Baha Mar no later than 4 PM on Monday, November 10 to join us for our Welcome Reception that evening.
Departure: The event will conclude on Tuesday evening, November 11, following our Farewell Reception. You are welcome to depart at any time on Wednesday, November 12.
Attendees: This invitation is extended exclusively to you. Unfortunately, additional guests—including significant others—cannot be accommodated.
Transportation: USLI will provide complimentary ground transportation between Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) and the resort.
Passport Reminder: Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
Please book your flights and complete registration at your earliest convenience so that we can continue holding a seat in your name. You should ensure that your passport is up to date and must be valid for 6 months from the date of entry and departure.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10
We encourage you to arrive at The SLS Baha Mar before 4:00 PM on Monday, November 10, so you can settle in and ease into island time. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed at our private USLI cabana, where you can relax, grab some food, sip a refreshing beverage, and begin connecting with fellow guests before officially checking into your room.
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to unwind and get ready for the evening.
We’ll kick off our time together with a sunset Welcome Reception at 6:30 PM, where you’ll enjoy ocean views, island flavors, and great company as we celebrate your achievements and set the tone for an unforgettable stay.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 11
We’ll start the day with a relaxed breakfast followed by a two-hour interactive business session, discussing valuable insights, ways we can continue to grow, and meaningful connection with our team.
The rest of the day is all about you—celebrating your success and giving you the chance to truly enjoy this incredible setting with the USLI team. We’ve curated a day of island indulgence, including a private buyout of the Privilege Pool, complete with poolside chair massages, refreshing drinks, and plenty of time to soak up the Bahamian sunshine.
Later that night, you’lll enjoy a dinner reception back at Privledge Pool followed by some fun with our team. Whether you choose to relax, connect, or explore, we promise a day filled with great energy, good company, and unforgettable moments.
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12
Wake up to one last dose of Bahamian sunshine and join us for a leisurely breakfast before saying farewell.
Afterward, you’ll have time to pack up, enjoy the resort at your own pace, or even sneak in a final stroll along the beach before saying farewell.
You are welcome to depart at any time on Wednesday, November 12, allowing a smooth and stress-free transition from paradise back home. We’ll be sad to see you go—but grateful for the memories we’ve created together!

We’ve reserved your stay at the SLS Baha Mar for the nights of November 10 and 11, 2025. If you’d like to extend your trip and soak up a little more paradise, just let us know—our team is happy to help!
