We invite you to join us in Nassau for USLI’s Alera Group Event. Our event will be hosted at The SLS Baha Mar from Monday, November 16 to Thursday, November 19, 2026. We have a great trip planned for you and this is sure to be a memorable experience with our team here at USLI. Please register at your earliest convenience to secure a seat at this event.
Need to Know:
This event is at no cost to you other than airfare. All meals, activities, and transportation are courtesy of USLI.
You should plan your arrival at the resort no later than 4 PM on Monday, November 16. You are welcome to plan for a departure any time on Thursday, November 19.
Please note that this event is exclusively for you and not for additional guests including significant others.
USLI will provide ground transportation to and from the Lynden Pindling International Airport
Please book your flights and complete registration at your earliest convenience so that we can continue holding a seat in your name. You should ensure that your passport is up to date and must be valid for 6 months from the date of entry and departure.
Please note that you will need your travel details in order to complete registration and hold a seat in your name at this event.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16
We encourage you to arrive at The SLS Baha Mar before 4:00 PM on Monday, November 16, so you can settle in and ease into island time. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed at our private USLI cabana, where you can relax, grab some food, sip a refreshing beverage, and begin connecting with fellow guests before officially checking into your room.
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to unwind and get ready for the evening.
We’ll kick off our time together with a Welcome Dinner at 7:00 PM, where you’ll enjoy ocean views, island flavors, and great company as we celebrate your achievements and set the tone for an unforgettable stay.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17
We’ll start the day with a relaxed breakfast followed by a two-hour interactive business session, discussing valuable insights, ways we can continue to grow, and meaningful connection with our team.
The rest of the day is yours to enjoy. Join us in celebrating our success together while making the most of this incredible destination with the USLI team. Whether you choose to relax on the beach, spend time at the Bungalow Pool cabana, or simply unwind and soak it all in, the day is yours to enjoy however you like.
Later that evening, we'll come together for a dinner reception at one of the resort's on-property restaurants, beginning at 6:30 PM.
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18
After breakfast, the day is yours to enjoy with your choice of a round of golf at a nearby course or a rejuvenating spa treatment on property. Lunch will be served at the Privilege Pool, where chair massages will be available for those looking to unwind and recharge.
In the evening, we'll gather for a dinner reception and karaoke beginning at 6:00 PM, giving everyone another opportunity to connect, celebrate, and have fun together.
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19
Wake up to one last dose of Bahamian sunshine and join us for breakfast.
You are welcome to depart at any time on Thursday, November 19, allowing a smooth and stress-free transition from paradise back home. We’ll be sad to see you go—but grateful for the memories we’ve created together!

Reservations will be made under your name for the nights of November 16, 17 and 18, 2026. The reservation is for a single occupancy room as guests are not permitted at our event. Should you desire to extend your stay, you must work directly with the hotel. Ground transportation to and from the resort will be provided for you.
