DORMIE CLUB | WEST END, NORTH CAROLINA

We invite you to join us in West End, North Carolina for USLI’s 2026 Regional Conference. Our event will be hosted at Dormie Club over the dates of Tuesday, October 20 - Thursday, October 22, 2026. We have a great trip planned for you and this is sure to be a memorable experience with our team here at USLI. Please register at your earliest convenience to secure a seat at this event.  

Need to Know:

  • This event is at no cost to you other than airfare. All meals, activities, and transportation are courtesy of USLI.

  • Upon arrival on Tuesday, October 20, guests may choose from tee times beginning at 1:15 PM or a golf clinic beginning at 3:00 PM, designed for newer golfers or those looking to sharpen their skills. Guest room check-in will be available beginning at 4:00 PM for anyone not participating in golf activities that afternoon.

  • For your departure, we ask that you book your flight any time after 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 22 to make our morning business session. Please note that this event is exclusively for you and not for additional guests including significant others.

  • USLI will provide ground transportation to and from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20

Upon arrival on Tuesday, October 20, guests may enjoy tee times beginning at 1:15 PM or participate in a Golf Clinic beginning at 3:00 PM. Guest room check-in will be available starting at 4:00 PM. Lunch will be served in the Clubhouse beginning at 11:00 AM and may be enjoyed at your leisure. We look forward to bringing everyone together for our Welcome Dinner Reception at 6:30 PM.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21

Our day will begin with breakfast and a business session. After, you will have the opportunity to join a tee time. Dinner will start at 6:30 PM later that evening.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22

Our day begins again with breakfast and a business session with tee times to follow at 9:45am. Lunch will be available at leisure. Please plan your departure after 2:00 PM.
