WATCH NOW ON-DEMAND
Eating disorders have significantly increased in prevalence over the past few years, yet still can be identified as a taboo topic of conversation. In this session, we will have an open and honest conversation about the role of a therapist and a dietitian within eating disorder treatment, disordered eating patterns and behaviors, and body image. We’ll discuss language to use around food, weight, and bodies, both with yourself and with others. We hope this session empowers you to develop a better relationship with food and your body.
