If claims-made policies are not used properly, they can leave insureds with coverage gaps and uninsured claims. You will learn the mechanics of claims-made forms and the associated terminology.

We will explain the fundamental concepts and importance of directors and officers coverage along with key coverage features to be aware of when working in this line of business.
