What does coaching mean to you? Coaching a team goes beyond motivating and breaking others free from their comfort zones. It is not always easy — knowing the difference between coaching and providing feedback can be a challenge to navigate as a leader. No matter if you are coaching to celebrate or coaching to guide development, these skills are of utmost importance to developing a good team and having them take on new opportunities and responsibilities.
